Forarms
I have always had pretty skinny forearms and I hate it tbh - Just wondering how I can build them?

Re: Forarms
All of these target your forarms, some more heavily than other:
> Reverse Barbell Curls and Reverse Preacher Curls
> Reverse Cable Curls
> Reverse Preacher Curls
> Dumbbell Hammer Curls
The forearms need more stimulation than other areas of the body, you should train them about 4 times a week

Re: Forarms
Hand grippers and Powerballs are also a fun way to train our forarms
