"£0 Workout"

> 10 minutes of stretching
> 3 X 3 rounds of shadow boxing
> Pressups (Until failure)

5 mins rest

> Situps (until failure)
> 30 burpies
> 30 star jumps
> 10 of a different type pressup

5 mins rest

> 20 dips on a couch
> Pullups on something (Doorframe, garage, climbing frame in the garden etc) until failure
> 10 pressups, 10 situps, 10 dips
> 10 mins stretching to warm down

Complete. This is just an example of a workout you could do for free at home, it would take on average 40 minutes to complete this workout and you can mix it up as you wish or change the reps / timings around aswell.

: Skipping rope - £3 / $4 ish
: Doorway chin up bar - £6.50 / $9.60

> 10 mins stretching
> 3 X 3 shadow boxing
> 3 X 3 skipping

5 mins rest

> Chinups until failure
> Situps until failure
> 20 dips
> 3 mins skipping

5 mins rest

> 20 burpies
> 20 star jumps
> 3 mins dumbell punching (use household objects to hold when punching)
> 20 - 30 of a different type of pressup
> 10 mins stretching warm down

Complete.

: 20kg dumbbell set - £30 / $50
: Skipping rope - £3 / $4
: Doorway chinup bar - £6 - $9.60
: Ab roller - £11 - $18

> 10 mins stretching warm up
> 3 X 3 shadow boxing
> 3 X 3 skipping
> 20 ab roller situps
> 20 normal situps or crunches

5 mins rest

> Chinups until failure
> Diamond pressups until failure
> 3 sets of 12 reps bicep curls
> 2 sets of 10 - 12 squats with the dumbells

5 mins rest

> 30 situps with ab roller
> 30 dips on couch
> 3 mins skipping
> 3 mins dumbell punching
> 10 mins stretching warm down

Complete.

> 2 X 5 mins on the punch bag

> 2 X 12 reps hammer curls
> 2 X 10 reps lat raises
> 10 dumbell pressups
> Pullups until failure
> 10 mins stretching warm down

Complete.

These are just examples of workouts, you can take the above and make your own if you wish to do so. Hope this helps people / new members in some way
