It said feedback. So I wanted to share something about mine.

In so many forums, whenever I create a thread, it's met with hostility and put-downs. Not that I'm anywhere near what the average folk would define as a sensitive guy, it's just crazy in most places. As soon as I posted a thread, I would get chewed out for even a typo.
Here, it seems to be different. The members respond with honesty and kindness, yet, none of you seem to be or act like suck-ups.
When JamesR found something he wasn't sure was right in one of my threads, he didn't ignore it. He asked. Just asked about it. He was respectful, and straight to the point. See, in most of the forums that I've been on, it's not like that. They just chew you out. So, if you read this James, I want to say thank you. Also, I have made a note of the lack of profanity. This is also commendable. I hope that the Mods and Admins can keep this forum the way it is now. I say, great job guys.

When I joined, I told myself I would make an evaluation of this website, and decide if I should become an active and productive member or not. Because I don't believe in wasting time writing and thinking for forums that do not deserve it.

I have also been on too many forums were it's full of grammar Nazis and just general idiots who put down EVERYONE. Hence I created this forum, and when some idiots do join / start I am not going to hang around. 1 Warning, then a 1 day ban if the warning is not adhered to.

This is always going to be a friendly forum, for everyone no matter how they spell, their age, what martial art they practice etc - If people spell badly, then they can learn how to spell better just by spending time on here.

I second this, this is an extremely accurate post and the reason why I have so much respect for this place, I would actively like to contribute to this as much as any other, with this kind of thinking I'm pretty sure the site will thrive and populate in no time.

It's only been on line a week and we already have a few members, just going to take time but I hope it's a forum people join and stick around on. If current members can get others to join then it will just make things a whole lot easier though

After all, it's the members that make the forum, bad members - bad forum.
